Raman started LIFI with the goal of educating Out of School Children. He is extremely passionate about children’s education and has served in multiple roles in the education field. In 2012, he did a fellowship with Teach for India, he has worked as a Teachers’ Trainer, Curriculum Designer, and School Principal. With LIFI Raman has been able to move forward with his goals of educating out of school children. He has spent the last 2 years working with these children and ensuring that they become school-ready for when they get enrolled back in formal schools.
