Tejas holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a short stint of one year in corporate, he moved to the development sector and joined the Teach for India fellowship. Post the fellowship, Tejas decided to continue deepening his understanding of the education crisis in the country and worked towards the transformation of a low-income school as a part of the Teach for India Alumni Leadership Incubation program. Tejas is currently working with Central Square Foundation and supports the education department of the govt. of Gujarat in implementing large-scale EdTech programs. Tejas advises LIFI on strategy, programs and recruitments.
