Vikas has always been passionate about educating children and putting them on a better life path. He established an NGO named “Pahal Ek Nayi Soch” in 2015. This NGO works for the education of the children of marginalized communities in Laxmipur Block in Jamui, Bihar. LIFI runs its program in partnership with Pahal EK Nayi Soch in Jamui.
