Chanchal’s career in education began at Pratham, where she started as a library teacher and quickly progressed to become a library in-charge, training other teachers and supporting classroom practices. She has taught various subjects, from Hindi and mathematics to vocational skills like beauty training. At LIFI, she focuses on curriculum development, creating lesson plans and conducting training sessions for teachers and fellows to improve lesson planning and curriculum implementation.
