Varuna has over 22 years of Human Resource and Finance experience within both for profit as well as not for profit organizations. She has worked for over 12 years within the booming BPO Industry and helped organisations scale and expand their national and international offices. She was heading the Human Resource Outsourcing Division for Wipro for 3 years when she made her move to the Not For Profit sector. She worked with Teach For India for 4 years where she set up and expanded their Delhi Office and then moved to Indus Action where she was their COO and helped grow their program from Delhi to other states. Having attained her International Human Resource Masters Degree from London School of Economics along with the vast experience under her belt she now runs her own enterprise.
