GPTW Certified

In March 2026, Learning Initiative for India (LIFI) received its certification as a ‘Great Place to Work’. This recognition reflects the trust, experience and feedback shared by the people who are part of the organization. The certification is based on both quantitative and qualitative insights gathered from employees about their workplace culture.

When asked what makes LIFI deserving of this recognition, team members expressed pride in being part of an organization committed to strengthening the education for every child. Notably, 93% of employees shared that they feel proud of the work they do at LIFI, which is higher than the benchmark score of 90% for India’s Best Workplaces. This reflects the strong sense of purpose and ownership that employees feel in contributing to meaningful change.
