With a Master’s degree in Education from Azim Premji University and a business degree from Symbiosis International University, she has managed large-scale educational programs, collaborated with NGOs, and led teams across India. Ritika’s expertise spans not just education, but environment and business research, having previously worked as a Business Analyst at Evalueserve and RocSearch as well as actively participated in programs focused on climate change and sustainable practices.
