Benika is a differently-abled professional who has completed a Diploma in Special Education along with her graduation. She joined the Learning Initiative for India (NGO) as a Curriculum Assistant. Over the past three months, she has gained a strong understanding of her responsibilities and experienced many meaningful moments at the workplace. She aspires to grow in her role and create innovative, creative learning experiences for children.
