Khushnuma is an HR professional with over four years of experience, including 3+ years in the social sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA in Human Resources.

Currently serving as Associate – HR at LIFI, she works at the intersection of culture, compliance, and people systems. Her focus lies in strengthening performance processes, building clear and people-centered policies, improving HR documentation, and aligning organizational values with everyday practice.

Previously, she worked with Quest Alliance with PRADAN, gaining strong exposure to field operations and development sector HR systems.
