Jasmeet Walia (CEO Creatnet Education), Co-Founder, Khel Khel Mein Foundation 

Jasmeet Walia has six years of experience in the corporate sector and holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Symbiosis, Pune. During her time as a Teach for India fellow in Delhi MCD schools, she co-founded the Khel Khel Mein Foundation. The foundation works towards creating and establishing a self-sustainable sports model in schools and communities.

Jasmeet joined CE in 2015 to support the systems work with the principals and teachers. She grew as a facilitator and formally took over as the CEO in 2022. She now leads the work with government education systems. Creatnet Education is a network of revolutionary leaders building volunteer-led learning communities in two distinct spaces – government education systems and youth and teacher communities.

Creatnet’s way of learning is through reflection, action and silence, which seeks to enable educators and school leaders to become facilitators of learning for their peers. This takes place through sessions designed to journey into the inner self and augment the outer self. The inner journey creates a strong sense of identity and agency while the outer journey augments expertise on teaching-learning competencies.

The end goal of Creatnet is to build communities of awakened educators and learners that shape the future of teaching and learning. The network aims to inspire classrooms that integrate fun, freedom and love with learning.
